Integrates with a pre-separator and a dust extractor in a same frame, G51 is developed to support mid-size concrete grinder and polishing machine for picking up voluminous dust. The built-in separator screens out more than 95% of dust and leaves out only a small amount of fine dust for the dust extractor to filter. The pre-separator significantly improves the filter performance and reduces frequency of filter maintenance. It also contributes to a higher airflow and an extended life time of filters and motor.

With its unique "reverse-air" cleaning system, G51 cleans the filter in an easy and effective way. With the system, you don't have to take the hose off the inlet and then block the inlet in order to conduct a filter cleaning, which usually creates another dust hazard. You just simply close the inlet by lifting the open/close handle before operating filter cleaning.

 

G51 is packed with an oversized, tested and certified HEPA filters. It can separate 0.3um dust with an efficiency >99.97%, securing a high standard of quality and safety.

 

As a standard, G51 comes with a complete floor cleaning tools kit, including a D50x7.5m hose, Aluminum "S" wand, crevice tool, floor brush, and etc.

G51 is CE certificated. All electric components, including motor, switches, power cable, electric plug & receptacle, are UL and CUL/CSA certificated

G51 features a height adjustment for a easy transportation. It provides the convenience that user can slide-down the overall height to suitable for a van loading. G51 provides its users some other conveniences:
- A detachable toolbox, for floor tools, spare-parts, screw driver, scissors, and etc.
- Built-in holder for S wand or hose.

Main Features

1) Motor unit: Complete steel construction features superior sturdiness and heat diffusivity.Three single-phase industry-grade motors with independent ON/OFF, allowing to adjust airflow to suit for different requirement.Built-in vacuum meter for real-time filter clogging detect.
2) Filter unit: Equipped with a HEPA (PTFE coated, "TORAY" polyster),, the machine can separate 0.3um dust with an efficiency 99%, securing a high standard of quality and safety.
3)  Filter cleaning system:Heavy duty 3 motors concrete grinding and vacuum cleaner for industrial use G511 machine used a unique "reverse-air cleaning" system which cleans the filter in a very easy while a high efficient way, preventing dusts from clogging the filter and thereby maintaining a normal airflow.
4) Dust management: Heavy duty 3 motors concrete grinding and vacuum cleaner for industrial use G511 is equipped with a drop-down system for collecting dust, providing very easy handling of grinding residue. The machine can also use normal poly-bag for collecting dust.
