Solvent-free Epoxy Floor Intermediate Coating
Product introduction:
E822 solvent-free epoxy intermediate paint is a solvent-free epoxy resin intermediate paint, which is composed of liquid epoxy resin, low viscosity curing agent, pigments and fillers and a small amount of additives
Product use:
Leveling of industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, offices, etc.

Product Information:
The material is divided into two components: A and B.
Component A viscous liquid 20kg/barrel
Component B tan liquid 4kg/barrel
Packaging: Printed metal packaging drum. It is recommended to stack it in three layers when stacking.
Storage: The storage temperature is 5-35ºC. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. It is strictly prohibited to expose it to the sun.

Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, grease, and old coatings on the base surface should be removed, putty should be used to smooth cracks and holes, and primer should be used to seal the base surface.
Theoretical dosage: about 0.5 kg/square meter, one pass of 80-120 mesh sand, one pass of 400 mesh powder, there is a big difference based on the flatness of the ground and the construction design plan.
Instructions for use: The ratio of main agent to curing agent is 5:1 (weight ratio). It must be mixed and stirred strictly according to the ratio before use.

7 Step Guide on How to Apply Epoxy Floor Paint
Step 1. Preparing the surface before applying the epoxy

Construction Conditions:
1. Substrate requirements
The painted surface of architectural coatings must be dry, firm, clean and smooth;
Dry: the floor humidity is lower than 6%RH, and the PH value is less than 10;
Firmness: no loose powder, no loose patent leather on the old ground;
Clean: Free of oil, grease, mildew, algae and other adherents.
2. Construction environment:
The ground temperature should not be lower than 5ºC, and the ambient humidity should be lower than 85%RH to ensure good film formation.
3. Construction precautions:
This product can be appropriately added with diluent depending on different construction methods and construction environments, but the dilution ratio should be strictly controlled. Excessive dilution of the main agent and curing agent must be mixed in the correct proportion. The main agent should be mixed with an electric mixer first. Then slowly add the curing agent and stir well.
