Water-based Epoxy Intermediate Coating
Product introduction:
E336 water-based epoxy intermediate paint is a water-diluted epoxy intermediate paint, which is composed of water-based epoxy curing agent, liquid epoxy resin, deionized water and a small amount of additives.
Product use:
Floor applications in industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, offices, home decoration floors, and places with high environmental requirements.

It has high compressive strength and is suitable for use as an intermediate paint for light and medium-load floors; Diluted with water, green and environmentally friendly, with low VOC emissions. Low odor and easy to construct
Product Information:
The material is divided into two components: A and B.
Component A yellow transparent liquid 18kg/barrel
Component B colorless transparent liquid 6kg/barrel
Packaging: Printed metal packaging drum. It is recommended to stack it in three layers when stacking.
Storage: Storage temperature 5-35ºC, store in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse; keep away from fire and heat sources and strictly prohibited from exposure to sunlight

Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, cement laitance, grease, old coatings, etc. should be removed from the base surface and polished to form a rough surface. The capillary pores on the base surface should be opened, the floating dust on the surface should be cleaned, and water-based epoxy should be used. Primer seals the base surface.
Dosage: about 0.30kg/square meters, one pass of 80-120 mesh sand and one pass of 400 mesh powder. There are big differences based on the flatness of the ground and the construction design plan.
Construction method: Mix the main agent and curing agent at a weight ratio of 3:1, and stir mechanically for 2 minutes until the mixture becomes uniform and creamy. Then add 30% water to dilute and stir evenly. Add quartz sand or quartz powder and stir evenly before scraping.
Sand adding ratio: 80-120 mesh quartz sand paint: quartz sand=1:1.5-2 (mass ratio) 200-400 mesh quartz powder paint: quartz powder = 1:0.8-1 (mass ratio)
Note: The amount of paint is the total amount of components A and B, excluding water added later.

7 Step Guide on How to Apply Epoxy Floor Paint
Step 1. Preparing the surface before applying the epoxy

Construction Conditions:
1. Substrate requirements
The painted surface of architectural coatings must be dry, firm, clean and smooth;
Dry: the floor humidity is lower than 6%RH, and the PH value is less than 10;
Firmness: no loose powder, no loose patent leather on the old ground;
Clean: Free of oil, grease, mildew, algae and other adherents.
2. Construction environment:
The ground temperature should not be lower than 5ºC, and the ambient humidity should be lower than 85%RH to ensure good film formation.
3. Construction precautions:
This product can be appropriately added with diluent depending on different construction methods and construction environments, but the dilution ratio should be strictly controlled. Excessive dilution of the main agent and curing agent must be mixed in the correct proportion. The main agent should be mixed with an electric mixer first. Then slowly add the curing agent and stir well.
