Deep Penetrating Epoxy Primer and Sealer
Product introduction:
E550 solvent-based epoxy topcoat is a solvent-based two-component epoxy resin functional coating. This product has strong adhesion, durability, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, etc., and is waterproof, mildew-proof, and leak-proof.
The construction is convenient, the material consumption is small, and the cost is low. It is suitable for ground protection in sports venues, industrial workshops, indoor parking lots, storage warehouses and other places with clean, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and water-resistant requirements.

E550 scope of application: For topcoat application in industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, offices, etc., this product can also be used to prepare topcoat putty and be used to seal the ground before surface coating.

Recommended dosage:
Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, gravel, grease, and old coatings should be removed from the base surface, and cracks and holes should be smoothed with putty, primer should be used to seal the base surface, and epoxy intermediate paint should be scraped and leveled.
Theoretical dosage: about 3-4 square meters/kg (two passes of construction).
Ratio and opening time: The ratio of main agent to curing agent is 5:2 (weight ratio). It must be mixed and stirred strictly according to the ratio before use. Materials A and B should be used within 120 minutes after mixing. If the viscosity of the material is found to be significantly increased and it cannot be used anymore, it should be scrapped.

7 Step Guide on How to Apply Epoxy Floor Paint
Step 1. Preparing the surface before applying the epoxy

Construction Conditions:
1. Substrate requirements
The painted surface of architectural coatings must be dry, firm, clean and smooth;
Dry: the floor humidity is lower than 6%RH, and the PH value is less than 10;
Firmness: no loose powder, no loose patent leather on the old ground;
Clean: Free of oil, grease, mildew, algae and other adherents.
2. Construction environment:
The ground temperature should not be lower than 5ºC, and the ambient humidity should be lower than 85%RH to ensure good film formation.
3. Construction precautions:
This product can be appropriately added with diluent depending on different construction methods and construction environments, but the dilution ratio should be strictly controlled. Excessive dilution of the main agent and curing agent must be mixed in the correct proportion. The main agent should be mixed with an electric mixer first. Then slowly add the curing agent and stir well.
