Water-based Epoxy Floor Primer Coating
Product introduction:
water-based epoxy primer is a water-diluted epoxy primer, which is composed of water-based epoxy curing agent, epoxy resin, deionized water and a small amount of additives.
Product use:
Industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, office spaces, etc.

The material is divided into two components: A and B.
Component A yellow transparent liquid 18kg/barrel
Component B colorless transparent liquid 6kg/barrel
Ratio: A component: B component = 3:1
Packaging: Printed metal packaging drum. It is recommended to stack it in three layers when stacking.
Storage: Storage temperature 5-35ºC, store in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse; keep away from fire and heat sources; prevent direct sunlight; keep containers sealed

Instructions for use:
Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, cement laitance, grease, old coatings, etc. should be removed from the base surface, and polished to form a rough surface to open the capillary pores on the base surface.
Theoretical dosage: about 0.1 kg/square meter, it may vary slightly depending on the looseness of the substrate Instructions for use: Mix the main agent and the curing agent at a mass ratio of 3:1, and stir mechanically for 2 minutes until the mixture becomes uniform and creamy. Then add water to dilute and stir evenly. When painting the first coat, the amount of water added is 50% of the total amount of paint and curing agent. When painting the second coat, the amount of water added is 30-40% of the total amount of paint and curing agent.

7 Step Guide on How to Apply Epoxy Floor Paint
Step 1. Preparing the surface before applying the epoxy
Step 2. Sweeping and cleaning of the floor

Construction Conditions:
1. Substrate requirements
The painted surface of architectural coatings must be dry, firm, clean and smooth;
Dry: the floor humidity is lower than 6%RH, and the PH value is less than 10;
Firmness: no loose powder, no loose patent leather on the old ground;
Clean: Free of oil, grease, mildew, algae and other adherents.
2. Construction environment:
The ground temperature should not be lower than 5ºC, and the ambient humidity should be lower than 85%RH to ensure good film formation.
3. Construction precautions:
This product can be appropriately added with diluent depending on different construction methods and construction environments, but the dilution ratio should be strictly controlled. Excessive dilution of the main agent and curing agent must be mixed in the correct proportion. The main agent should be mixed with an electric mixer first. Then slowly add the curing agent and stir well.
